Over the summer RTA staff, teaching artists and prison steering committee members have been meeting regularly to prepare for fall programming at all of our facilities. Workshops have begun this month and include music, theatre, visual arts, public speaking and new to the list – knitting & puppetry! Read more about our Covid-19 journey here.

John Zoccoli is a visual artist who spent 25 years in prison until his release in June, 2020. During his incarceration, he became involved in a program called Rehabilitation Through The Arts (RTA) — which he says transformed his life.
