ReStarting the Arts: the Profound Effect of Arts in Corrections

In the fall of 2021, RTA was one of the first programs to return to correctional facilities since the pandemic began.This film documents RTA's return to in person prison programming. This project is made possible with funds from ReStart the Arts, a regrant program of ArtsWestchester with support from the Office of the Governor, the New York State Legislature and the New York State Council on the Arts.
